Another satisfied customer... - From a recent fire recovery

Dear Bill,

I wanted to drop you a short note to thank you and your staff at Metropolitan for your wonderful work at my home.  I was so devestated after the fire, it felt like things were never going to be the same.  because of the hard work by everyone at Metropolitan, I am now back in my home.  I was surprised at how quickly you were able to repair everything.  It was wonderful to be home!

I found that your staff was very courteous and professional.  I felt very compfortable that your employees always came in a truck with your company name on it and hat they always wore clothing that identified them as your people.  I always felt that the respected my property and were concerned about my home.

Please thank the girls for doing such a great job on cleaning all of my "things".  I was worried that I would loose most of my belongings and all of the memories that went with them, but they did a great job of making them as good as new.

The repairs tom my house were great as well.  Please let Brian and the workers know that I really appreciate their hard work and everything they have done for me.

Thank you again for helping to put my home back together after such a difficut and trying situation.
